| Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public’s assistance locating fugitive Marvin Osman Vasquez, who is wanted for Indecency with a Child.
On or around Sunday, December 10, 2017, fugitive Marvin Osman Vasquez engaged in inappropriate sexual acts with the child victim in the 6200 block of W. Bellfort Ave. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry of sexual abuse. Detectives learned that the fugitive, Marvin Osman Vasquez, performed indecent sexual acts with the child victim.
Fugitive Marvin Osman Vasquez is a Hispanic male, 37 years old, approximately 5’07”, 160 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair.
