Tropical Storm Bonnie Forms; No Threat to Texas

Tropical Storm Bonnie has formed in the western Atlantic Ocean off the coast of South America. Bonnie is the second storm of the 2022 Hurricane Season.

There is no threat to the United States or the Texas Gulf Coast. Bonnie is forecast to continue west across the southern Caribbean Sea and move into Central America this weekend.
