On Wednesday, July 11, 2018, fugitive Ubaldo Ayala Linares performed indecent acts with a child victim in the 9900 block of Club Creek Dr. in Houston, TX. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry and detectives learned that the fugitive sexually abused them.
Fugitive Ubaldo Ayala Linares is a Hispanic male, 33 years old, approximately 5’06’’, 170 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
