The driver of a tour bus involved in a deadly chain-reaction crash on Interstate 95 in Virginia has been charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter, according to state police.
Deadly Collision
Authorities said 48-year-old Jing S. Dong of New York was driving the bus when it crashed into slowing traffic near a work zone in Stafford County early Friday morning. The collision involved at least eight vehicles.
Five people were killed, including four members of a Massachusetts family traveling in an SUV and a 25-year-old woman riding in another vehicle.
Dozens Injured
Forty-four people were hospitalized, including three with critical injuries. Dong was also injured and remains hospitalized.

Prosecutors said there is probable cause to believe Dong was driving in a criminally negligent manner. Additional charges may be filed.
