HE CURRENTLY HAS THREE SONGS ON THE BILLBOARD LATIN AIRPLAY TOP TEN:

This marks the second time the artist holds the #1 & #2 on the Latin Airplay Chart
“HAWÁI” has been at #1 for multiple weeks on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs, Latin Streaming Songs and Latin Airplay charts
All of this has happened in a very short time for the twenty-six year old who earned his first Billboard Latin Airplay #1 only five years ago, on November 21, 2015 with “Borró Cassette”.
With this #1, Maluma also dethrones his own hit “HAWÁI” from the chart’s top spot. “HAWÁI” has dominated Latin and global charts since its release. It has remained at #1 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart for eight weeks; #1 on Billboard’s Latin Streaming Songs chart for nine weeks; and #1 on the Billboard Latin Airplay chart for three weeks (having scored his eighteenth #1 song on the chart).
With “HAWÁI” Maluma has been at #1 on YouTube’s chart of the most viewed videos worldwide for multiple weeks and remains on the chart’s top ten. He has also reached #1 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart and #2 on Spotify’s Global Top 50 chart. Internationally “HAWÁI” has reached #1 on radio, Spotify and Apple Music in 17+ countries.Last week Maluma and The Weeknd released a one-of-a-kind remix of the global hit, along with its new music video via Sony Music Latin/RCA Records. The Weeknd’s signature vocals go bilingual (English/Spanish) on the “HAWAÍ” Remix marking the first time the GRAMMY Award-winning artist sings in Spanish.
In its very first week out, “HAWÁI” Remix is already #1 on the Urban Radio in his native Colombia.
Last night, Maluma took over with his first MTV EMA performance in an intimate conceptual setting and lighting influenced by his album, Papi Juancho. Maluma opened with international hit “DJADJA” with French superstar Aya Nakamura, who performed from France, marking the first time both artists performed their smash hit live on television. Maluma then jumped into his global record-breaking hit, “HAWÁI” ending with dancers and a picturesque balcony scene overlooking the city of Miami. To watch it now click HERE.
