Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public’s assistance locating fugitives Cynthia Acey and Willie Baker, who is wanted for Injury to a Child Under 15 with Bodily Injury.
On Wednesday, April 14, 2021, Houston Police Officers received a report of a child victim who had been injured in the 5500 block of De Soto St. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, it was revealed that the fugitives Cynthia Acey and Willie Baker physically abused the victim causing bodily injury.
Fugitive#1: Cynthia Acey is a black female, 42 years old, approximately 5’04”, 140 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
Fugitive#2: Willie Baker is a black male, 52 years old, approximately 5’08”, 190 lbs., with brown eyes and a bald head.
