| Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public’s assistance locating fugitive Jolman Guevara Villalta, who is wanted for Indecency with a Child.
On or around Monday, July 5, 2021, fugitive Jolman Guevara Villalta engaged in inappropriate sexual acts with the child victim in the 7400 block of Bissonnet St. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry of sexual abuse. Detectives learned that the fugitive, Jolman Guevara Villalta, performed indecent sexual acts with the child victim.
Fugitive Jolman Guevara Villalta is a Hispanic male, 45 years old, approximately 5’07”, 200 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
